Shadow work • Embodiment • Eros • Integration
for the high‑functioning woman who is done living like she’s supposed to.
From Shadow to Source
The power you’re looking for is already in you.
You just haven’t had the space to fully access it yet.
or maybe…
you’ve already had a taste and you’re ready to let it move through you completely.
Your body already knows the way.
The first one performs. She delivers. She’s reliable, capable, and there for everyone.
She’s even worked on herself. She is competent, intelligent, emotionally aware. She has done therapy. She has done mindset work. She knows her patterns. She can even name them now.
And yet.
There’s a reason you can check everything off your list and still go to bed with that hollow feeling that something is missing.. Where’s the “wow”? Where’s the gratitude, the appreciation, the pat on the back that recognizes and sees everything you do?
There’s a reason why you can be grateful for everything you have and still secretly wonder: is this really it?
There’s a reason why you avoid certain conversations. Certain desires. Certain truths.
There’s a reason why the idea of “what you actually want” makes you both vibrate and also feel a little scared.
And it’s not because you haven’t worked on yourself enough.
It’s not because you lack discipline, gratitude, or courage.
It has nothing to do with your job, your partner, your kids, or your overloaded schedule.
And it’s definitely not because you’re too intense, too demanding, or too complicated.
It’s that all the energy you put into avoiding what you don’t want… isn’t the same as creating what you want.
Avoiding conflict isn’t the same as creating peace.
Managing your pain isn’t the same as living your joy.
Surviving what’s difficult isn’t the same as inhabiting what’s possible.
The absence of what you don’t want doesn’t automatically mean the presence of what you want.
Read that again.
And what you wouldn’t dare say with a microphone in front of a hundred people?
There is your power.
You walk into a room and people know you’re there
… they feel you.
Not the presentable version.
You.
You say what you really want
in your relationship, in your work, in your life… without apologizing.
Your body is no longer something you drag along with you.
Your body is the source.
Money, creativity, love…
are no longer things you build with effort… but things that reorganize themselves around who you are becoming
…when you stop hiding.
This isn’t an abstract promise.
It’s what happens when a woman stops choosing from the menu and starts creating the dish.
You perform well. Sometimes too well. And you’re starting to wonder at what point in your life you started managing everything instead of actually living.
You know your patterns… you can name them, analyze them, explain them. But naming them hasn’t changed them.
You want love that is devoted, erotic, and alive. And you’re tired of waiting for it to arrive on its own.
You feel there is more…
more power, more presence, more of you… but you don’t yet know how to access it yet.
You’re ready to go into the dark places. Not to suffer more. But to stop letting them secretly run your life.
You’re not looking to be fixed. You’re looking for someone who can truly see you… and hold you in the fire of your own truth without flinching.
You’re on the threshold. And you know that what you create next will come from your body and your magic, not from more effort.
A different relationship with your body. Not as a project to optimize… but as a source you return to.
The ability to say what you actually want in your relationship, in your work, in your life… without justifying yourself, without erasing yourself, without performing.
A visceral understanding of the difference between avoiding what you don’t want and creating what you want.
It’s not the same energy. And you won’t confuse the two again.
Access to parts of you that never had full permission to exist
the ones that feel like too much, and the ones that feel like not enough. All of them belong.
the powerful wild woman
and also the woman who is soft and open
but most importantly
A life that looks like you. Not the approved version. Not the one you thought you were supposed to want.
Yours.
You’ve already done work on yourself.
You know the language. You can name your nervous system, your attachment style, your abandonment wound.
It’s beautiful and necessary work.
But information doesn’t reorganize what your body believes is safe.
Understanding your shadow doesn’t turn it into fuel.
What we do together is different.
We don’t spend hours analyzing why you feel what you feel.
We go directly into the places you avoid… jealousy, shame, unspeakable desire, rage… and we transform them into a source of power.
Not by managing them.
By meeting them.
One sensation at a time.
What seems (intellectually) darkest in you… is often where your clearest clarity, your most vivid creativity, and your most powerful leadership are found.
“Even in deep and confronting work, Raphaëlle brings a lightness and softness that make the process surprisingly accessible. With her, it’s easy to go there.”
That’s my work.
Going into the heavy… without making it heavy.
Holding you in the fire… with softness and without judgment.
Making your shadow your source.
My unique method:
The Shadow to Source Method
From Shadow to Source
My work is ROOTED IN LOVE, FUELED BY THE SHADOW.
My 3-step approach to supporting women in the darkest and most sensitive spaces within them, in a way that is surprisingly safe, almost playful, and deeply honest, so that their shadow becomes a source of power, rather than a weight to manage or avoid.
Rooted in love
We create a space where nothing in you is “too much.”
Nothing is too intense. Nothing is too dark.
Women often tell me that my energy feels like a mix of softness, joy, and innocence… even in the heaviest places.
When your nervous system feels this level of safety, your body can finally let go.
And that’s where true transformation becomes possible.
Meeting the shadow
From there, we go directly into the spaces you usually avoid:
shame, jealousy, boredom, self-betrayal,
the parts of you that you don’t even dare admit to yourself.
I bring humor, play, and a deep presence to it.
Which makes diving into these zones… surprisingly accessible, even when it’s intense.
We don’t walk on eggshells.
But we don’t force anything either.
Alchemized into power (Source)
That’s where the fun begins. We don’t let your shadow become an old sad story.
We transform it into a source.
A source of your full power and creativity.
The very places where you felt
“too much,” “not enough,” or in resistance
become the origin of:
your clear boundaries
your erotic energy
your creative power
your leadership
That’s how you become both soft
… and unshakable.
It’s the foundation of everything I do.
Every breath, every vocal practice, every exchange in this space
is held in this frequency:
ROOTED IN LOVE, FUELED BY THE SHADOW
so that your body can finally:
breathe, tell the truth, and create your life
from who you truly are.
It’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about remembering the woman you were before you shut down certain parts of yourself in order to survive.
In my teens and early adulthood, I drank until I couldn’t count and slept with men I didn’t know.
I was bored as fuck in my own life and couldn’t feel shit.
So I created chaos just to feel alive.
Then I decided to “get my shit together.”
I became a real estate agent at 20.
Top 3% at 22.
Multiple six-figure income.
Success, you name it, I had it.
On paper, I looked unstoppable.
Inside… I was still bored as fuck in my own life and couldn’t feel shit.
I was in a relationship where I didn’t even know who I was anymore.
And then…
Breakup. Massive Debt. Legal issues.
I went into survival mode.
I pushed. I performed. I treated my body like a workhorse and called it strength.
At 25, I became a mom.
My body took over.
Not gently. Decisively.
I could no longer dissociate.
No longer compartmentalize.
No longer ignore what I knew.
Everything I had built stopped making sense.
I decided that success that cost me my life force simply wasn’t worth it.
I did all the “right” things: therapy, coaching, inner child work, reading, understanding my relationship patterns, etc.
It helped.
But it didn’t change my life.
What changed my life was when I stopped trying to understand everything with my head and simply let my body show me the truths that my mind didn’t have access to.
The body doesn’t lie.
Today I’m 33. For over 7 years, I’ve dedicated myself to this work, not in spite of my children, but for them.
To be the woman (and the mom) who is fiercely in her body, connected to her joy, her vitality, her power, and her creativity.
I homeschool, I created a free learning space in nature for my children, I have my real estate license with eXp, and I launched my Arbonne business.
It’s from that place that I support women now.
If you’re still here
you already know.
Your body recognized something on this page even before your mind finished reading.
That’s the difference between choosing from the menu and creating the dish.
You aren’t looking for more information.
You’re looking for permission to want what you already want.
You don’t need that permission from anyone.
But if you want someone to hold you while you take it…
I’m here.
We’ll go at your pace.
For the woman ready to inhabit her life
