In my teens and early adulthood, I drank until I couldn’t count and slept with men I didn’t know.<\/p>

I was bored as fuck in my own life and couldn\u2019t feel shit.<\/p>

So I created chaos just to feel alive.<\/p>

Then I decided to “get my shit together.”<\/p>

I became a real estate agent at 20.<\/p>

Top 3% at 22.<\/p>

Multiple six-figure income.<\/p>

Success, you name it, I had it.<\/p>

On paper, I looked unstoppable.<\/p>

Inside… I was still bored as fuck in my own life and couldn\u2019t feel shit.<\/p>

I was in a relationship where I didn’t even know who I was anymore.<\/p>

And then…Breakup. Massive Debt. Legal issues. <\/p>

I went into survival mode.<\/p>

I pushed. I performed. I treated my body like a workhorse and called it strength. <\/p>

At 25, I became a mom.<\/p>

My body took over.<\/p>

Not gently. Decisively. <\/p>

I could no longer dissociate.<\/p>

No longer compartmentalize.<\/p>

No longer ignore what I knew.<\/p>

Everything I had built stopped making sense.<\/p>

I decided that success that cost me my life force simply wasn’t worth it.<\/p>

I did all the “right” things: therapy, coaching, inner child work, reading, understanding my relationship patterns, etc.<\/p>

It helped.<\/p>

But it didn’t change my life.<\/p>

What changed my life was when I stopped trying to understand everything with my head and simply let my body show me the truths that my mind didn’t have access to.<\/p>

The body doesn’t lie.<\/p>

Today I’m 33. For over 7 years, I’ve dedicated myself to this work, not in spite of my children, but for them. <\/p>

To be the woman (and the mom) who is fiercely in her body, connected to her joy, her vitality, her power, and her creativity.<\/p>

I homeschool, I created a free learning space in nature for my children, I have my real estate license with eXp, and I launched my Arbonne business.<\/p>

It’s from that place that I support women now.<\/p>
