21 days back into your body and your power
For the mama who can run a house, a business and six group chats at once…
and can’t remember the last time she felt turned on by her own life.
Your inner lioness isn’t gone. She’s napping.

There’s a big difference between a woman who holds it all together with a clenched butthole… and a woman who’s plugged into her pulse.
You know it.
The kids. The work. The woman who handles everything and still remembers the dentist appointments.
And still, somewhere quiet, there’s that thought.
…is this really it?
Someone reaches for you and your body says “not now” before you’ve even decided.
You can’t remember the last time you wanted something just for you.
Pleasure became one more thing on the to-do list. Somewhere at the bottom of the pile.
And you feel shame about that thought. Because your life is objectively beautiful. Who are you to want more?
You’re not broken.
You’re not ungrateful.
You’re not asking for too much.
Can I tell you what’s actually going on?
Your body has been on duty for years. Carrying, feeding, holding, soothing, deciding.
And the wild part of you, the one who used to laugh too loud, want too much and take up space, got neatly folded and put away.
She doesn’t need another mindset shift or another book about attachment.
She needs to growl. To push. To cry it all out. To be ridiculous for a minute.
To feel something all the way through.
That’s what we do here.
My 8-year-old son came up with this name.
I asked him how he experiences me as his mother.
“The Lioness Method, mom.”
A mother lion doesn’t teach her cubs to hunt by explaining it.
She brings them into the field to play.
(And she will absolutely fuck you up if you mess with her cubs.)
That’s how I work.
I don’t explain your body to you. I bring you into it.
So what does that actually look like?
You shake until your body stops performing.
You growl. Like, really growl.
Everyone laughs the first time.
Then something moves.
You make the sound you’ve been swallowing since your first baby.
You get on all fours and move like nobody ever taught you how to move.
You cry if crying comes. You laugh if laughing comes. Usually both.
Then we slow down. We breathe. We talk about what just happened and what you want to bring home with you.
Emotional release and primal play, held with love, humor and zero judgment.
It’s like yoga. But not.
Not to fix you.
To remind you that you never needed fixing.
At 3 years old, I’d drop to all fours in public and roar like Simba. My mom wanted to disappear. I didn’t stop.
Then I grew up and forgot her.
In my teens, I was drinking and sleeping with men I didn’t know, feeling almost nothing.
Real estate agent at 20. Top 3% at 22. Multiple six figures. Still feeling almost nothing.
Then I became a mother, and my pussy went quiet. For three years.
Therapy twice a week. Every book. It helped. It didn’t bring her back.
August 2021. A four-day online retreat. I booked the only sacred space a real estate agent knows: a hotel conference room. With wi-fi.
Day one, the teacher guided us into self-pleasure. Glass walls everywhere. So I slid under the conference table, in my corporate dress, heart pounding like a teenager about to get caught.
I am alive. I am alive. I am ALIVE.
That afternoon, I built my first altar in the basement of my real estate office. Then I cried for four days.
(Relax. No tables for you in this initiation.)
What happened in that basement became the Lioness Method.
Since then, I’ve studied relationships with Jordan Gray, Tony Robbins, Lisa A. Romano, Rising Woman and Alison Armstrong, eros and embodiment with Demetra Gray, Perri Chase and Jaiya & Ian, and got certified in Ecstatic Leadership with Anahita Ahura.
5+ years, multiple six figures, and one body that never lies.
Today I’m a homeschooling mama of two, somatic coach, forest school founder and recovering extremely competent woman.
Women keep asking me how I hold it all and still seem so alive.
This is how.
Week 1 · Wake her up
We get you out of your head and back into your skin. Shaking, breath, sound. Mostly we find out how loud you’re actually allowed to be.
Week 2 · Let her roar
Anger, power, taking up space. The stuff good girls were told to swallow. We give it somewhere to go.
Week 3 · Let her play
Desire, pleasure, asking for what you want. Out loud. Without apologizing first.
Each live call (2 hours on Zoom)
45 to 60 min of practice · 60 min to land, share and integrate
Recordings of everything, in case a kid wakes up mid-roar.
Between calls · on Telegram
A private Telegram group with daily voice drops from me and a reflection prompt. Share by voice or writing if you feel like it. Lurk if you don’t.
What you’ll need
A room with a door. A blanket or a mat. Comfy clothes. Permission to make noise.
What won’t happen
No nudity. No touching. Nobody forces you to share.
You can pause, watch or skip anything, anytime, no explanation needed. Camera on or off, your choice.
Who’ll be there
A small circle of mamas who are also figuring out how to be loud again.
This isn’t therapy. It’s play, with depth.
You ask for the massage. Out loud. Without listing all the reasons you deserve it.
You say no, and you don’t send a follow-up text apologizing for it.
You order the cheesecake, the XXL latte, the night out with the girls, the oral sex.
Without negotiating with yourself first.
Yes please. Thank you very much. Mmmmhhmmmm.
You catch yourself mid-“it’s fine, I should be grateful”… and go, actually, no. It’s not fine.
Your kid melts down in the grocery store and, for once, you don’t melt down with them. You stay.
You feel a flicker of want. For your partner, for a nap, for that project you shelved. And you don’t talk yourself out of it.
You laugh from your belly. Loud. In public.
Not because you became someone else.
Because you stopped swallowing yourself.
All levels welcome. Your body will only open what is ready to be opened.
(and one real estate client)
“Even though we were doing really dark work and going to places where I felt extremely resistant to go, Raphaëlle brought fun and lightheartedness to the process. She made it really easy to go there.”
· Nadine, 1:1 work during our Ecstatic Leadership certification
“I sweated all night, and that never happens to me. My body is already releasing. I woke up dehydrated, wtf. I feel hungover, but I didn’t drink.”
· Mélanie, 1:1 client
“Monday was really hard. So much anger and impatience, emotions coming up to the surface. Tuesday, softer. And since Wednesday, I feel really good. I accept the less pleasant emotions instead of burying them. The hypervigilance is almost gone. I’m relearning to do everything in the present moment, even the dishes I always rushed through.”
· Ébrielle, women’s circle
“We’re brave women jumping without a parachute, and you are the net that catches us gently, without constraining us, safe even when the container gets uncomfortable.”
· Josée, women’s circle
“Since Sunday, I’m less hypervigilant.”
· Weena, women’s circle
“Don’t let her softness and patience fool you. She is not afraid to defend what matters when it counts.”
· Real estate client
Translated from French.
You look like you’re thriving, but inside you feel a bit numb, bored or weirdly disconnected from your own life.
You love your kids fiercely, and you miss the woman you were before them. Both are true.
Your relationship feels more like a logistics meeting than a love story.
You’ve been the strong one for so long that the part of you who wants to be held, seen and softened never gets airtime.
You want your kids to grow up with a mom who’s deeply rooted and wildly alive, not one who sacrificed herself to keep everyone comfortable.
You’re a little scared of growling on a Zoom call. And a little excited.
You want to lie on a mat while someone plays a sound bowl over you. We move. We get loud.
You’re looking for talk therapy. This is body first. And if you’re in crisis right now, please reach out to a mental health professional before joining.
You want explicit erotic practice. That lives in other containers.
If your body is buzzing reading this, you’re in the right room.
No one else is coming.
This is between you and you.
You know that moment at the end of a long day when you finally take your bra off?
That exhale. That oh, there I am.
That’s what we’re doing here. Like a mic drop. For you.
Your inner lioness is done napping.
If your body is a yes, she already knows.
